Amali Homes is a small, deliberately hands-on custom home builder working across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast. Every home is designed and built for the block it sits on - coastal, suburban or hinterland - and every conversation is with Ivan McRobb, the licensed builder running the job.
We take on a limited number of builds at a time. That is what allows us to hold the standard you will see on our standard inclusions page, where premium finishes are included rather than upsold.

Hinterland slopes and tight coastal lots need engineering, not guesswork. Our frames and footings are designed to the site.

Larger established blocks can carry two homes. We check zoning, frontage and overlays first, then design both dwellings for privacy and light.
