Why Amali
A high-end home should not depend on how well you negotiate
Amali Homes builder Ivan McRobb brings more than 30 years of building experience to his Amali builds. Some Gold Coast builders will show you a luxury display home, but the stone, big-name appliances, ceiling height and the tiling that make a home feel luxurious are usually optional extras, added back one selection at a time until the budget no longer resembles that 'too good to be true' quote.
Amali Homes works the other way around. Our standard inclusions already specify the finishes most builders treat as upgrades, and we take on a limited number of builds at a time so that our high standards actually hold on site.

This is not an upgrade list. It is the base specification for a Gold Coast Amali home, and it is where most builders' premium packages begin.
See the Full Inclusions- 20mm engineered stone benchtops to the kitchen - and to every wet area, not just the island
- Fisher & Paykel 900mm appliance package: wall oven, induction cooktop, integrated rangehood and dishwasher
- 2550mm ceilings to both ground and first floor, with 90mm coved cornices throughout
- Full-height tiling and semi-frameless screens to bathrooms and ensuites
- Fienza tapware throughout, in chrome or matte black
- Corinthian Motive internal doors and a full wardrobe fit-out to the master
- Ducted air conditioning, insulation and glazing specified for the South East Queensland climate
- Soft-close joinery, walk-in pantry and a 1000mm-deep island bench as standard

What separates us from a volume builder
Included, not upsold
Most builders quote a base spec and recover margin through the selections appointment. Our standard inclusions already sit where other builders' upgrade lists start, so the price you are given at the beginning is the home you actually get.
One builder, a handful of homes
You deal directly with licensed builder Ivan McRobb, not a sales consultant, then a site supervisor, then a customer service line. Limiting the number of homes underway keeps him personally involved in every project.
Designed to the block
Coastal, suburban or hinterland, the home is drawn around the fall, aspect, outlook and prevailing breeze of your land. Sloping and narrow Gold Coast blocks are engineered for from the start rather than priced as variations later.
Fixed contract, real program
A fixed-price contract, a written program, a 12-month maintenance period and a 10-year structural warranty. QBCC licensed and HIA member.
