Building on the Downs
Amali Homes is a small, deliberately hands-on custom home builder working across South East Queensland, with builds currently underway in Toowoomba and Highfields. Every home is designed for the block it sits on, and every conversation is with Ivan McRobb, the QBCC licensed builder running the job.
Toowoomba builds have their own realities - reactive soil, cold winter mornings, exposed westerly aspects and Range blocks that fall away. We solve those in the design and the engineering rather than in a variation later, and hold the standard you will see on our standard inclusions page, where premium finishes are included rather than upsold.

Keep the street and the schools. We assess the existing site and services, manage demolition and rebuild a home that suits the land properly.
Knockdown rebuild processHighfields, the escarpment and acreage blocks bring slope, reactive soil and services to solve. Footings and drainage are engineered to the site.

Where We Build
We build across Toowoomba and the surrounding Darling Downs - Highfields, Kearneys Spring, Middle Ridge, Westbrook, Cotswold Hills, Glenvale, Crows Nest and the acreage blocks along the Range. Site meetings are booked directly with Ivan, who travels up from South East Queensland for each stage of your build.
